How do I cancel lingoose Pro?

On your iPhone open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose lingoose and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. You can also get there from Settings › Manage subscription inside lingoose.

I subscribed but Pro isn't unlocked

Open the upgrade screen in lingoose and tap Restore. Subscriptions belong to the Apple Account that bought them, so make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same one and that you're online.

The goose can't hear me

Open iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone and switch lingoose on.

The roasting is too much

Open Settings in lingoose and switch Roasting off. The goose stays supportive and the roast bubbles disappear.

Why can't I practice any more today?

The free plan includes a daily practice allowance that resets every day. lingoose Pro removes the limit and unlocks every language.

Can I practice my own situation?

Yes. On the Speak tab tap Create, describe the scene and who you're talking to, and practice it. Custom scenes stay on your phone.

Where is my data?

On your phone. See the privacy policy for the few things that leave it.
